Company Profile

Our firm is a group comprised of former statisticians with experience in academia, the pharmaceutical industry and CROs.  Our senior staff each has over 20 years experience in all therapeutic areas.  Principle expertise of our staff is in the areas of cardiology, rheutamotogy, oncology, analgesics, diagnostic agents, dermatology, pulmonology, respiratory, dental devices, and gastroentrology (hepatology).

Our experience spans all types of FDA and other world-wide regulatory submissions including the statistical packages for Final Study Reports, NDAs, PMAs, MAAs, CTXs, INDs, and 510Ks.

We also specialize in the statistical analysis of ECG studies, especially those Phase I studies involving QTc prolongation (through QTc studies).

Our staff has vast experience in the conduct of Data and Safety Monitoring Boards using all types of groups sequential methods including the Lan-DeMets alpha spending functions and methods developed by Whitehead (e.g. triangular test, and restricted procedure).
